Production process:


1. Material preparation: Vacuum consumable arc furnace melting is used to control impurity content<0.1% and ensure titanium purity;

2. Molding process:

Pipe processing: Combining hot extrusion with cold drawing technology to achieve a titanium pipe wall thickness tolerance of ± 0.1mm;

Plate stamping: Hydraulic forming technology is used to manufacture corrugated plates, which enhances the heat transfer area and fluid turbulence intensity;

3. Welding technology: explosion welding or laser welding, ensuring that the connection strength between the titanium tube and the tube plate reaches more than 90% of the base material;

4. Surface treatment: anodizing or sandblasting process to enhance corrosion resistance and surface adhesion.
