1. Titanium evaporator
Forced cycle type:
MVR evaporator: recovers heat energy through mechanical vapor recompression technology, reducing energy consumption by more than 60%;
External circulation evaporator: suitable for high viscosity materials, with a 30% increase in circulation efficiency.
Falling film evaporator: The inner wall of the titanium tube bundle is smooth, achieving rapid solvent evaporation and crystallization separation.
2. Titanium heat exchanger
Plate heat exchanger: titanium plate stamping forming, plate thickness 0.5-1.2mm, heat transfer coefficient up to 5000W/(m ² · K);
Shell and tube heat exchanger: seamless titanium tube with titanium alloy shell, suitable for high-pressure chemical reaction systems.
Evaporator: TA2 (Gr2);
Heat exchanger: TA10 (Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni);
High temperature equipment: TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V).
1. Precision welding:
TIG welding: titanium plate/pipe connection is completed under argon protection, with a weld strength of 90% of the substrate;
Plasma welding: used for welding thin-walled titanium materials, with a heat affected zone width of less than 0.5mm.
2. Surface treatment:
Electrolytic polishing: Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m on the inner wall of pharmaceutical grade equipment to reduce material residue;
Acid pickling passivation: treated with a mixture of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid to enhance the density of the oxide film.
3. Component assembly:
The titanium plate is stamped and formed using a 20000T press, with precise control of the ripple depth of ± 0.05mm;
The sealing gasket is made of fluororubber or PTFE, with a temperature resistance range of -50 ℃ to 200 ℃.
Corrosion resistance lifespan: The TA10 titanium evaporator has an annual corrosion rate of less than 0.005mm in a 10% hydrochloric acid solution, and can have a lifespan of up to 15 years;
Efficient heat transfer: The heat transfer efficiency of plate titanium heat exchangers is 40% higher than that of traditional stainless steel equipment;
Self cleaning ability: The low wettability of the titanium surface inhibits scaling, and the maintenance cycle is extended to 2-3 years;
Environmental compatibility: Medical grade titanium equipment meets FDA standards and is free from metal ion precipitation pollution.
Pharmaceutical industry: titanium MVR evaporator, plate heat exchanger;
