Production process:


1. Melting and Forming:

Melting: Vacuum consumable electric arc furnace or plasma melting, controlling oxygen content ≤ 0.15%;

Forming: Hot rolled/cold-rolled sheet, extruded pipe.

2. Welding technology:

Argon arc welding: suitable for thin-walled titanium equipment;

Vacuum electron beam welding: used for precision components.

3. Surface treatment:

Anodizing: Generate colored oxide film;

Sandblasting and acid cleaning: Remove the oxide layer and improve the surface roughness.
