2. Classify by structure

Woven titanium mesh basket: plain or diagonal weave of titanium wire, with a pore size range of 0.02-50mm, suitable for high-precision filtration;

Punched titanium mesh basket: titanium plate stamping forming, hole pattern can be customized, higher strength.

Production process:


Raw material processing: TA2 titanium plate or titanium wire is vacuum melted with impurity content<0.1%;

Molding process:

Weaving process: Titanium wire is formed by plain/diagonal weaving machine, with a mesh accuracy of ± 0.02mm;

Welding process: argon arc welding is used to connect titanium wire and titanium coated copper conductive hook, with a weld strength of ≥ 90% of the substrate;

Surface treatment: Acid washing to remove the oxide layer, anodizing to enhance corrosion resistance.

Corrosion resistance: The corrosion rate of TA2 titanium mesh basket in 60% nitric acid is less than 0.001mm/a;
